Q: What in-game rituals or superstitions do you have?

A: I don’t have a lot of superstitions or rituals. I do make sure that I pray before every game to thank God for the opportunity to play. I guess my main superstition would be not to step on a line. I usually just go with the flow and try to enjoy the game as much as possible.

Q: Who is your favorite professional sports team?

A: Atlanta Braves.

Q: What is your favorite food to eat?

A: Steak, mac and cheese, loaded bake potato.

Q: Name one thing people may be surprised to learn about you?

A: I really like to play chess.

Q: Who is your favorite teacher and what is your favorite high school subject?

A: My dad Chris Harrelson and US History.

Q: Outside of baseball, what is your next hobby?

A: Fishing, pick-up basketball and wiffle ball with my friends.

Q: If you could travel anywhere outside the U.S., what would be your dream location and why?

A: I would love to go to the Dominican Republic to play baseball there. I love the flair and energy that they play the game with.

Q: Name the person you'd like to meet the most.

A: David Ortiz -- always my favorite players growing up -- we are both lefty hitters. I think he would be a fun guy to hang out with and learn from.

Q: Who has been the most influential person in your life?

A: I’d have to say that my dad is the most influential person in my life as someone great to look up to. I wouldn’t be where I am today without him and my Mom. My dad is a hard worker and will do anything to make sure that my sister, Jacy and I are always in the best possible position as far as our futures go.

Q: After baseball, what career are you planning to pursue?

A: Something involving sports - probably coaching.
