Q&A with NW Whitfield's Cade Fisher

Meet Cade Fisher, a 6-foot-4, 190-pound pitcher/first baseman from Northwest Whitfield High School who has signed with Florida. Fisher is a member of the North Georgia Big 10 cover for the 2022 Georgia Dugout Preview Magazine. Here are 10 questions with him.

Q: What in-game rituals or superstitions do you have?

A: I always listen to “90210” by Travis Scott before I pitch and I chew on bottle caps.

 

Q: Who is your favorite professional sports team?

A: Washington Nationals.

 

Q: What is your favorite food to eat?

A: My favorite food is shrimp alfredo from Olive Garden.

 

Q: Name one thing people may be surprised to learn about you? 

A: I have a twin sister.

 

Q: Who is your favorite teacher and what is your favorite high school subject?

A: My favorite teacher is Mr. Albritton and my favorite subject is history.

 

Q: Outside of baseball, what is your next hobby? 

A: My next hobby outside of baseball is hanging out with friends and playing basketball.

 

Q: If you could travel anywhere outside the U.S., what would be your dream location and why?

A: Greece because I like the architecture.

 

Q: Name the person you'd like to meet the most.

A: The person I would like to meet the most is Tom Brady because he seems cool.

 

Q: Who has been the most influential person in your life?

A: My dad because he always pushes me to be the best player and person I can be.

 

Q: After baseball, what career are you planning to pursue?

A: I plan on owning my own business or going into marine biology.
